Take your hiking to new heights with Wildlands Conservancy! This invigorating guided hike will lead you along the scenic Horizon Trail to one of the highest elevations at Black River Sanctuary, Uniting Point. Over the course of this moderate-to-difficult 2-mile loop, you’ll climb roughly 321 feet through forested slopes and open vistas.
At the summit, you’ll be rewarded with a sweeping view of the Allentown city skyline in the afternoon light, a perfect opportunity for photography, reflection, and simply soaking in the landscape.
This program is ideal for hikers looking to challenge themselves while discovering one of the Lehigh Valley’s hidden high points. Hike with the group for a guided experience or set your own pace, just be prepared for uneven terrain and some steep sections.
