Celebrate a decade of birding with us at our 10th Annual Big Sit! This international, noncompetitive event, called a “tailgate party for birders”, is designed to bring together birders and citizen scientists of all experience levels.

The rules are simple: find a good spot, sit in it, count birds, and have fun! Our spot is the rooftop observation deck of the Trexler Environmental Center, offering one of the best views for birdwatching in the Lehigh Valley.

Whether you stay for an hour or spend the whole day, you’ll be part of a global birding community and our local milestone 10-year tradition.

Bring your binoculars, your curiosity, and help us celebrate ten years of birding together!
