DESCRIPTION: Share your spring snapshots of our 14 nature preserves and/or the Lehigh River!\nThis year's Spring Photo Contest theme is People in Nature- people seeking movement, adventure, calm, healing, restoration, or just a few minutes with fresh air. Any and all images will be considered, but special consideration will be given to images of people making lasting memories in nature.\nNature photography has the power to inspire conservation, awareness, and get-outdoors adventures. In the case for conservation, a photo is worth a thousand words! Research from Science Direct shows that people are more likely to remember the details of an image than they are words. Photo contests' photographers are given the opportunity to contribute to Wildlands' mission of connecting to nature through their unique and talented visual eye.\n \nRules:\n- You must have consent to photograph the people in your images and not cause them or the people around them any disturbance while photograhing.\n- Photos must be taken at any of our 14 nature preserves or on the Lehigh River during spring, preferrably spring 2024. \n- No watermarks on text or images\n- Limit editing to basics\n- Only enter photos taken by you\n- By entering a photo, you allow Wildlands Conservancy to support its mission and programs.
