This event features:\n\n\n\nA 1-mile loop around a 35-acre wildflower meadow nestled within the 90-acre preserve.\nA new connector trail with a level cinder surface that crosses three bridges on its way to the Bushkill Township Trail (this segment is an out-and-back, so you don’t have to travel all the way to the BTT near Route 512).\nA return loop that circles back through the meadow.\n\nBoth trails are ADA accessible, making this event suitable for everyone.\n\nWhat to Expect & What to Bring\n\nTrail Conditions:\n\n\n\nWide, mowed meadow grass with gentle grade variations.\nThe connector trail offers minimal shade—plan accordingly.\n\n\nEssentials:\n\n\n\nWeather-appropriate clothing\nSunhat, sunscreen, and insect repellent\nComfortable shoes\n\n\nFor Dog Owners:\n\n\n\nDogs are welcome on a 6-foot leash.\nPlease clean up after your pet.\n\n\nAmenities:\n\n\n\nA portable toilet is available in the parking lot.\n\n\n\nDirections\n\nFrom PA Route 33:\n\nTake the PA-512 Exit toward Bath/Wind Gap.\n\n\nIf coming from the south:\n\nTurn left sharply onto PA Route 512 South/Moorestown Road (0.2 miles).\nTurn left onto Jacobsburg Road (0.9 miles to Kromer Road).\nTurn right onto Kromer Road (0.4 miles until Ballas Meadow Preserve is on your right).\n\n\nMeeting Point:\n\nGather in the parking lot.\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\nThis hike is part of the Get Out!
