The trail is rated easy to moderate, featuring some short, steep inclines and natural terrain with roots and rocks.\n\nAmenities Include:\n\n\n\nCanoe and kayak launch area\nPicnic area\nRestrooms available\n\nThis hike is appropriate for all ages. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.\n\nThis Get Out! For Wellness walk is made possible in partnership with Lehigh Valley Health Network.\n\n\nDirections\n\nTake I-80 East to Exit 310 toward 611/Delaware Water Gap/River Road.\nAt the traffic circle, take the third exit onto River Road.\nDrive 2.5 miles, then turn left onto Hollow Road (landmark: red house on the left).\nFollow Hollow Road for 2.9 miles to Hidden Lake Drive.\nTurn right onto Hidden Lake Drive and continue 1.8 miles.\nTurn right into the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and drive 0.1 mile to the parking lot.\n\nMeeting Point: Hidden Lake parking lot\n\nJoin us for a refreshing outdoor experience at Hidden Lake!\nQuestions?
