This invigorating guided hike will lead you along the scenic Horizon Trail to one of the highest elevations at Black River Sanctuary, Uniting Point. Over the course of this moderate-to-difficult 2-mile loop, you’ll climb roughly 321 feet through forested slopes and open vistas.\n\nAt the summit, you’ll be rewarded with a sweeping view of the Allentown city skyline in the afternoon light, a perfect opportunity for photography, reflection, and simply soaking in the landscape.\n\nThis program is ideal for hikers looking to challenge themselves while discovering one of the Lehigh Valley’s hidden high points. Hike with the group for a guided experience or set your own pace, just be prepared for uneven terrain and some steep sections.\n\nWhat to Bring:\n\n\n\nSturdy hiking boots\n\n\nWater\n\nImportant Notes:\n\n\n\nRegistration is required. Space is limited, and your spot matters!
