DESCRIPTION: Join us and help plant trees!\n \nLocation: Lenape Park \nAddress: 6102 Kings Highway South, Zionsville, PA 18092 \ndata-start="229" data-end="232" />Date: September 13, 2025 \ndata-start="321" data-end="324" />Duration: 3 hours\n \nWhat to Bring\n\nSturdy footwear\nComfortable clothing you can move in\n\nParking\nParking lot available at the park\n \nVolunteers will:\n-prepare site for tree planting\n-plant trees\n\n\nVolunteers must:\n-be 16 years or older OR be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 16. Volunteers under 16 will not be permitted to remain onsite without a chaperone.\n-be able to work outside for the duration of the shift, on uneven ground\n-wear safe footwear and clothing that can get dirty. Long-legged pants and boots are recommended- shorts, skirts, and open-toed, or slip-on shoes aren't suitable.\n\n\nWorking Conditions:\n-Participants should be prepared for anticipated weather conditions. Tree planting events will run rain or shine except for severe weather conditions.\n-Gloves, tools, water, and snacks will be provided, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own.\n–Participants should bring bug spray, sunscreen, and hats as desired to protect from the elements.\n–Some locations will have restroom facilities, though others will not, so participants should plan accordingly.\n-Sites may have tall vegetation and muddy conditions.\n-Stinging insects may be present, please bring allergy medications if this is a concern.\n \n \n\nFor details, click here: https://engage.wildlandspa.org/calendar/event/344
